Please read Imam Ahmad Rida's brilliant Munir al-'Ayn fi Hukmi Taqbil al-Ibhamayn at https://tinyurl.com/yl7ttga - it is the finest book I have seen on this issue.

Subject: Muhammad (:S) passing

Salaam walaikum

Please can you tell me what happened at our nabi's passing backed up with ahadith, or maybe you can point me towards a good source. Sorry to ask such questions, but I need to know because I have read so many things now, and I have searched, and I'am more confused than ever: Some say the praiseworthy one passing was due to a fever which I'm not sure about, but I doubt, some shia brothers say he (:S) ate poisoned meat and some people gave me a complex answer about Muhammad (:S) 's magnificent soul was peacefully taken out of him, which I don't really understand.

Thank you, Jazakallah, Naeem (secondary school student from UK)

was salaam walaikum

Subject: Mashallah

Assalumu Alaikum.

Mashallah..One of the most inspiring websites and articles I've read. Greaqt to see wonderful work done by ahle-sunnah-wal-jamaah. May Allah (SWT) reward you for your efforts and shower his abundant blessings. Can you please recommend a book in English on the Seerah-un-Nabi, and his wonderful character. There are many texts in Urdu from the Indo-Pak region, but I would like one in English.

'Muhammad - The Prophet of Islam' is a translation of Mawlana 'Abdul Mustafa A'zami's 'Sirat al-Nabi'. It has been translated by Mawlana Umar Dawod Qadri of South Africa. You can also read 'Muhammad: The Messenger of Islam' by Aminah Adil.

Subject: Suggestion

On the front page you have a sub-heading, "Challenge to the Wahabis". Personally, I reckon it's better to tackle such issues without using labels. For example, if you want to prove Mawlid-un-Nabi (sallallah 'alayhi wa'alihi wa'sallam), then you should concentrate on providing evidences to support this auspicious event rather than focusing on defaming other sects.

Just a thought.

Subject: Re: Suggestion

Thanks for the suggestion. You make a valid point as throughout the book, there are no such words, they are only referred to as Munkirin e Fazayil e Risalat. But, I want people to read the book and there's no better way than naming names.
